Exchanges and Returns

The Litasmen team is constantly investing in policies to ensure our customers are always satisfied. You may request an exchange of a product within 30 calendar days after receiving it, in the event of a manufacturing defect. The following conditions must be observed:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging;

  • The product must be returned without signs of use or wear, in the same condition as received;

  • The product must include tags (or protectors), manuals, and all accessories that came with it.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met or if the item has no factory defect. Please note that the product may have slight design variations from the photos on the website.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Send an email to assessorialitasmen@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Product name;

  • Order number;

  • Email used at checkout;

  • Reason for exchange or return;

  • Image or video showing the defect, if applicable.

Once all conditions regarding the return are confirmed, we will provide the return address and refund the amount paid for the product and shipping.

REFUND METHODS

  • Credit card reversal: this refund may appear within two billing cycles after completion of the return process by the payment gateway.

  • Bank transfer (TED): transfer to the customer’s account may be made within 10 business days after the return is confirmed. Transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed.
